Job summary

North American Chemicals (NAC) in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a Production Packager to support a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will fill and package various chemical products, following work orders and ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the packaging process.

You will operate equipment, perform line setup, and maintain inventory accuracy while upholding safety and efficiency standards in our Mohawk Labs facility.

Production Packager

We are currently seeking a Production Packager for our Mohawk Labs facility located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Summary

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Packager will join our team to support a dynamic and ever manufacturing environment. The Production Packager will fill and package various chemical products ensuring that our customer's expectations are met by our exceptional products.

Key Responsibilities:

We have a proven training program that will teach you the responsibilities of this job; including but not limited to:

• Clean, operate and maintain equipment in area including totes, pumps, fillers, conveyors, cappers, induction sealers, re-torquers, labelers, tapers accumulation tables, printers and lift tables as needed.
• Read, interpret and execute specifications from work order.
• Provide detailed paper work flow to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Manually prepare packaging components.
• Plan and perform line set up and changeover processes.
• Manually fill products.
• Stock away palletized products.
• Keeps Work Area Clean and Free of Safety Hazards.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Key Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent interpersonal skills within all levels of an organization
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation
