Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and maintain area cleanliness.

Production Packager

North American Chemical (NAC), is a worldwide manufacturer of an extensive line of maintenance, repair and industrial supply products to customers in over 55 countries. We are currently seeking a Production Packager for our Mohawk Labs facility located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Summary

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Packager will join our team to support a dynamic and ever manufacturing environment. The Production Packager will fill and package various chemical products ensuring that our customer’s expectations are met by our exceptional products.

Key Responsibilities:

We have a proven training program that will teach you the responsibilities of this job; inlcuding but not limited to:

• Clean, operate and maintain equipment in area including totes, pumps, fillers, conveyors, cappers, induction sealers, re-torquers, labelers, tapers accumulation tables, printers and lift tables as needed.
• Read, interpret and execute specifications from work order.
• Provide detailed paper work flow to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Manually prepare packaging components.
• Plan and perform line set up and changeover processes.
• Manually fill products.
• Keeps Work Area Clean and Free of Safety Hazards.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Key Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent interpersonal skills within all levels of an organization
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail orientation
