Job summary

Arkansas Mailing Services, Corp. is seeking Experienced Operators for Mail Inserters, Print Machines and MLOCR lines.

The role involves ensuring correct setup, staffing, and operation across multiple lines, with emphasis on accuracy in documentation and adherence to USPS procedures. The position requires strong English communication, ability to follow instructions, and collaboration with the Presort Supervisor to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the Presort Supervisor.
• Ability to give clear instructions and ensure they are followed.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Knowledge of USPS rules, regulations and procedure is a PLUS

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is set up correctly and manned with a competent workforce.
• Oversee machine processing on multiple lines.
• Oversee quality assurance measures including spot checking of tray labeling, strapping, and cage placards.
• Provide complete and accurate VAR documentation to the USPS acceptance clerk.
• Meet processing schedules for timely truck pickups
• Other job-related instructions as requested by the Presort Supervisor.
