Plateco – Reedsburg, Wisconsin is hiring Production Operators for 2nd and 3rd Shift on a full-time basis. Pay ranges from $23.00 to $27.00 per hour with a $3.00 per hour 2nd Shift premium or $2.00 per hour 3rd Shift premium, plus a Pay-for-Performance program that rewards skill growth and learning new production lines.

Responsibilities include operating rack lines, loading parts for zinc plating, following work orders, maintaining quality, and helping meet daily production and safety goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to train in plating operations.
• Ability to learn new production processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate rack lines according to customer work orders and production requirements.
• Rack and unrack metal parts to be zinc plated.
• Position parts on racks to ensure quality plating.
• Follow work orders, production instructions, and quality requirements.
• Monitor production processes and production goals.
• Inspect parts for placement and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Learn additional production processes and equipment.
• Work with the team to meet daily production and quality goals.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
