Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator-Night in Kerrville, TX. This onsite, full-time role operates Monday through Thursday from 3:00pm to 1:30am, with a pay rate of $19.13 per hour (includes $2 shift differential).

You will build, test, and inspect wire and cable harnesses while maintaining safety and quality. You will work from detailed work instructions, rotate through build and quick-check tasks, and collaborate with teammates to ensure timely, accurate

Your Night Mission

As a Production Operator-Night in Kerrville, TX, you’ll help build wire and cable harness assemblies that keep aviation moving—where precision and safety turn into real-world performance. This onsite, full-time role runs M–Th, 3:00pm–1:30am, at $19.13/hr (includes $2 shift differential).

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and inspect wire/cable harnesses to quality standards
• Follow detailed work instructions and use production tools/equipment accurately
• Spot issues early, support troubleshooting, and help improve the process
