Killdeer Mountain Manufacturing, Inc. seeks an On-the-Job Trainer for night shifts to coach new hires and prepare them to hit the production floor with confidence. You’ll lead training sessions with clear structure and high standards while performing hands-on production tasks as needed.

You will serve as a subject-matter expert in your area, ensuring safety and quality on every task. The role requires strong communication and the ability to teach by example, with a 4x10s night schedule.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working onsite nights, 4x10s, Monday–Thursday.
