Job summary

Spectrum Control in Pennsylvania is seeking a Production Operator to support kiln and post‑kiln operations on a 4‑day, 10‑hour schedule with a 3‑day weekend. You will inspect products for flaws under a microscope, follow work specifications, set up daily work, and input moves and output into the production move system while safely handling ceramics, solvents, dust, and metals.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years in a production/manufacturing role preferred.
  • Basic reading and comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect products for flaws and report to supervisor.
  • Follow work specifications and track daily output.
  • Set up standard daily work and input moves into production move system.
  • Operate around ceramics, solvents, dust, and metals.
  • Train and assist in post‑kiln operations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Support in training new operators.
