Job summary

Spectrum Control is seeking a Production Operator to work across kiln and post-kiln operations under the area supervisor. You will inspect products for flaws, follow specifications, and track production moves on the floor.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in production/manufacturing, are comfortable around ceramics and solvents, and can assist in training new operators as needed. Benefits start on day one and PTO is included.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School or Equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 or more years in Production/Manufacturing or equivalent.
  • Basic reading and comprehension.

  • Inspect products for flaws through a microscope and report to area lead or supervisor.
  • Review and follow work specifications.
  • Track and input work order moves and product output into production move system.
  • Work with or around ceramics, solvents, dust, and liquid & solid metals.
  • Assist in training of new operators when needed.
