Role Overview: The Production Operator rotates through various positions within a laundry production environment, supporting both Soil and Clean operations. Responsibilities include sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and loading linens for delivery to medical facilities. Employees operate multiple pieces of equipment, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency to meet customer standards. They must learn all roles within a short timeframe and perform additional duties as assigned, adhering to safety and quality standards.

• Soil Operations: Safely sort returned, soiled linens into appropriate classifications, process and prepare carts for cleaning, and ensure carts are sterilized and ready for reuse.
• Clean Operations: Learn to operate equipment such as conveyors, stack and build linen carts, hand fold items, and run linen through ironers, maintaining quality standards and making quality decisions.
• Shipping: Fill and weigh finished linen carts, record order details, track completed orders, and assist with loading trucks. Basic computer skills and recordkeeping are essential.

Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED preferred, excellent teamwork skills, ability to rotate between roles, and perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
