Key Responsibilities

• Learn and perform roles in Soil and Clean Operations, including sorting soiled linens, operating washing, drying, folding, ironing, and stacking equipment.
• Rotate between positions such as sorter, cart cleaner, hand folder, ironer operator, and shipping clerk based on production needs.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards; perform other duties as assigned.
• Make quality decisions regarding linen condition and machine functionality, including troubleshooting and calling maintenance when needed.
• Maintain accurate records, operate scales, and prepare finished linens for shipment.
