Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, write and speak English for SOPs, GMPs, and documentation.
• Ability to perform essential job functions and basic math.
• Must wear required PPE and follow safety practices.
• Able to enter data into computer systems and lift weights as needed.
• Overtime, night, weekend, and 12.5-hour shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and ensure quality of incoming materials and outgoing products per SOPs and GMPs.
• Maintain 5S standards and participate in continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with team members, leads, supervisors and managers.
• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.
• Follow Food Safety Plan and Quality Plan and company policies.
