Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must read, write and speak English to follow SOPs and GMPs and document work.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.
• Must wear required PPE and comply with safety practices.
• Basic math skills to perform simple calculations.
• Ability to enter and pull data from computer systems.
• Ability to access elevated work areas and climb stairs.
• Ability to stand/walk throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift moderate weights repeatedly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Accurate data entry and documentation throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the safe operation of equipment and processes in line with SOPs and GMP.
• Maintain 5S standards and participate in continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with team members, leads, supervisors and managers.
• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.
• Meet food safety and quality requirements per the Food Safety Plan and Quality Plan.
