This temporary position reports to the Production Manager – Area S, Flavour Manufacturing Wexford. It is a temporary role for approximately 6-7 months.

Job Objective

This position performs a variety of tasks in the plant's operation, following Company Quality system guidelines to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. Tasks include materials handling, mixing, filling, and labelling, requiring computer literacy, mechanical aptitude, and physical effort. Shift work may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform production activities for equipment setup, package filling, labelling, and records retention following Coca Cola Quality System guidelines.
• Prepare manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth, sanitary, and safe operation.
• Operate machinery for proper ingredient packaging.
• Maintain sanitary conditions of manufacturing equipment per GMP policies.
• Conduct final quality checks for accuracy and damage before shipment.
• Protect company trademarks and confidential information related to ingredients and flavours.
• Safeguard intellectual property and confidential processes using legal safeguards.

Skills and Experience Required

• Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience in Food/Beverage/Pharma environments.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience operating machinery.
• Computer literacy.
• Teamwork experience.
• Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving and judgment skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Forklift experience is desirable.
