Job summary

3M is seeking a Production Operator in Angleton, TX for a full-time role with a pay range of $22.63 to $28.47 per hour. You will contribute to producing and assembling products in a disciplined, safety-first environment.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining machinery, finalizing products for shipping, applying quality instructions, and supporting teamwork to meet production goals while adhering to strong safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or higher.
• Minimum one year of plant and/or manufacturing experience in a public, private, government, or military environment.
• Post-high school education.

Responsibilities

• Produce and assemble products in the plant.
• Operate and maintain machinery, ensuring that production standards are met.
• Finalize products and prepare them for shipping.
• Observe all safety procedures and keep the work area clean and safe.
• Apply quality instructions and specifications.
• Monitor the production or packing operation to meet quality objectives.
• Load and unload material into and from equipment.
• Work as a team member by sharing information, problem‑solving, and assisting others.
