Job summary

Accurate Personnel is seeking a Production Operator to join our Houston team. The role includes setting up, operating, and maintaining production equipment while ensuring products meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment. The position offers $20/hour, Monday–Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm, with excellent benefits in Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and written instructions.
• Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Closed-toe shoes required.
• Cell phone, headphones, and earbuds not permitted in production areas.
• Smartwatches not permitted on the production floor.
• Clean Room: shower before shift; no makeup, perfume, or jewelry.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production line equipment.
• Supply raw materials to machinery as needed.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor production processes and report quality concerns or equipment issues.
• Perform routine equipment upkeep and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Follow all production, safety, and quality procedures.
• Work efficiently to support production goals and maintain product quality.
• Follow site-specific cleanliness and safety requirements.
