Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand oral and written English instructions.

• Prior lead experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment for Sweeteners (Clouds or Ropaks) with accurate documentation.
• Inspect products, measure and adjust machines to keep within tolerances.
• Read job orders to plan production sequences.
• Load, secure and move stock materials as required.
• Perform minor repairs and report major issues to maintenance.
• Start up and shut down equipment following SOPs.
• Maintain neat, permanent records for the company and customers.
• Follow SQF food safety and HACCP guidelines.
• Demonstrate problem solving and teamwork.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and cooperate with coworkers.
