Continental is seeking a Production Operator for the Surface Solutions area in a manufacturing environment. You will function as an active team member, maintaining quality specifications, inputting data, and operating equipment according to department job specifications.

Responsibilities include meeting production schedules, verifying materials, and troubleshooting issues while maintaining a clean, safe workplace and adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must work in a manufacturing industrial environment and learn to operate a forklift.
• Shift Schedules are 12 Hour Shifts and depend on production needs.
• Overtime, weekends, and holidays required.
• Must have good attendance record.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality specifications and operate equipment per work instructions.
• Meet production schedules, verify materials, troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Communicate daily tasks and instructions effectively with the team.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
