SurfacePrep is seeking a detail-oriented Production Operator in Canby, Oregon. You will receive, inspect, process, and prepare customer parts for surface polishing and shipment, operating forklifts, hand tools, and power tools while meeting customer specifications and quality standards.

The role includes sign-on bonuses and a schedule with swing and weekend shifts. Must have a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and be able to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license required.
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming customer parts for damage; report discrepancies to management.
• Perform surface polishing and ensure parts meet customer specifications.
• Load and unload media into machines; prep bowls/MVs for next load.
• Wash and clean parts according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Use forklifts and hand/power tools safely and effectively.
• Double-check all work before processing to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and document discrepancies promptly.
• Assist in preparing parts for shipping and support management with additional tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and review the company’s quality policy weekly.
• Perform routine production maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of equipment and work areas.
• Work collaboratively and contribute to a supportive and team-oriented work environment.

Sign-on Bonus

• $500 @ 30 days
• $500 @ 60 days
• $1,000 @ 90 days

Available Shifts

• Swing: M-F 4:00pm - 12:00am
• Weekend: Fri - Sun 6:00am - 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
