Job summary

CMC is seeking a production team member in a fast-paced facility to operate controls, maintain equipment, and ensure material quality. The role offers the chance to work across various production stages from concrete batching to final product assembly.

We require a High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of industry experience; English proficiency is essential, with Spanish a plus. Basic computer skills are expected to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency. Spanish is a plus.
• Computer knowledge / skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate control station and header cart.
• Ensure machine is clean and is in good working order.
• Ensure quality of materials used in production (concrete, wire reinforcement).
• Inspect wire cages / reinforcements.
• Supply machine with necessary components to make product.
• Meet production schedule numbers.
• Produce quality product.
• Be able to perform basic trouble shooting on production and concrete batching machinery.
