Production Operator | Starting Pay at $28.30hr

Join Nestlé Purina North America as a Production Operator and earn a starting pay of $28.30/hr.

Position Summary

The Production Operator plays a vital role in our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include operating production lines, packaging, moving raw materials or finished goods with forklifts or pallet jacks, and providing relief during absences or vacations. These roles operate on continuous shifts with mandatory or voluntary overtime opportunities.

Shift Requirement: Willingness to work a 12-hour overnight shift (7 PM to 7 AM) on a 2/2/3 schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supply production lines and meat prep stations with necessary materials.
• Measure, weigh, blend, and add materials, adjusting equipment as needed.
• Perform quality tests, assist with quality trials, and deliver samples to QA.
• Inspect ingredients and pallets, removing foreign materials.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment following safety practices.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and make minor repairs on equipment, following lockout procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred but Not Required

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse setting.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime.
