Shift: 4:30 PM-2:30 AM

Hourly Rate: $19.49 an hour

About Us

Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR, proud makers of Hungry Man, Gardein, and Evol, is looking for a Production Specialist to join our growing team! You will join a team of about 700 employees working on 2nd shift. You will report to a Shift Lead and service and operate our mixing equipment to produce Hungry Man, Gardein, Evol products, and more. We offer a great compensation package, with benefits starting at 60 days. You will work in a climate-controlled environment depending on your assigned line. Training on our equipment and processes will be provided.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Shift Schedule

2nd Shift | Monday - Thursday | 10-hour shifts | Start times vary between 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM

Starting Pay

2nd Shift | $19.49/hour + $1 Shift Differential

Job Duties

• Learn multiple roles and fill in as needed for production.
• Operate a power jack.
• Use SAP to conduct inventory scans and ensure recipe compliance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet cleanup requirements per company or USDA policy.
• Complete quality paperwork and receive training on our systems.
