Job summary

Foster Farms is seeking a capable supervisor for the day shift to help ensure department goals, quality standards, productivity, cost controls and safety practices are met. You will assist with staffing, guide hourly employees, and handle required paperwork under supervision.

The role emphasizes leadership, clear communication in English, and the ability to operate safely in a fast-paced food production environment. Candidates with prior supervisory experience are preferred.

• Assist with and complete paperwork as required and/or requested by supervisor.

• Ability to meet the physical requirements (i.e. lifting, climbing and/or bending, etc.) to perform the various tasks in the department.
• Work experience specific to the department preferred.
