Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking workers in Butler for a glass processing role with a $20.00 hourly pay and a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM. Overtime is available, with unlimited opportunities, and the position offers a path to permanent placement through a temp-to-hire process.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure (testing required).
• Ability to lift 45 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Ability to wear required safety gear throughout 8-10 hour shifts.
• Ability to follow instructions and work flexibly across departments.

Responsibilities

• Cut, seam, temper, polish, laminate, and inspect glass products.
• Load finished products onto pallets according to customer orders.
• Follow quality and safety standards at all times.
