Abbott in Casa Grande, Arizona is seeking a Production Operator for the Day Shift to safely operate packaging and processing equipment, perform sampling, and maintain documentation and cleanliness. What You'll Work On

Safely operate production equipment, including filling, processing, and sterilizing systems. Perform sampling responsibilities and monitor charts to ensure sterility. Complete work orders and documentation accurately. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and across all levels of the plant. Replenish and maintain production materials as needed. Perform general housekeeping and sanitation tasks. You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One year production experience
• Must be able to work effectively within a team environment, possess excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• One year production experience within food manufacturing environment
• Forklift experience

Pay

The base pay for this position is $20.85 – $41.75/hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.

Shift Pattern

This is a 12-hour Day shift position from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and allows you to have every other weekend off.

• Week 1: Mon - OFF, Tues - OFF, Wed - 12 hours, Thurs - 12 hours, Fri - OFF, Sat - OFF, Sun - OFF
• Week 2: Mon - 12 hours, Tues - 12 hours, Wed - OFF, Thurs - OFF, Fri - 12 hours, Sat - 12 hours, Sun - 12 hours
