Job summary

Abbott Nutrition in Casa Grande, Arizona, is seeking an entry-level Production Operator to support daily maintenance and cleaning activities across the facility. You will help keep equipment clean, ensure sterility, and assist the production team to run processes safely.

The role offers a 12-hour day shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM with every other weekend off, and opportunities to grow within a global healthcare leader focused on nutrition and science-based products.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate production equipment, including filling, processing, and sterilizing systems.
• Perform sampling responsibilities and monitor charts to ensure sterility.
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and across all levels of the plant.
• Replenish and maintain production materials as needed.
• Perform general housekeeping and sanitation tasks.

What You'll Work On

You’ll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

The base pay for this position is $20.85 - $41.75 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
