Position Summary

Entry-level operator roles in molding, sintering, or secondary departments, including responsibilities such as:

• Operating molding presses, sizing presses, sintering furnaces, and tumblers
• Understanding the function and operation of molding presses
• Loading green powder metal parts onto conveyor belts and unloading finished parts
• Operating CNC equipment with the ability to perform adjustments for quality assurance
• Monitoring equipment and reporting maintenance needs
• Measuring product dimensions to ensure compliance with specifications using micrometers, calipers, and scales
• Maintaining safety and cleanliness in the work area

Position Requirements

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED
