Production Operator - Starting Wage is $21.50 per hour!

We support automotive customers with flexible sound barrier and non-carpet flooring sheets, used in building, construction, and energy markets for sound control. We also produce black concentrate pellets for various processing needs.

Job Summary

This advanced-level manufacturing position involves material handling using forklifts, weigh-up, and packaging duties. The role ensures high-quality products at minimal costs, meeting customer specifications and delivery deadlines, while progressing through our operator training program. Positions include extrusion production line operation, automated material handling, and Banbury mixer operation.

Essential Job Duties

• Maintain safe work habits and ensure a safe workplace
• Assist with unloading, changeovers, inspecting finished rolls, and packaging
• Read and understand shop orders; communicate effectively with team members
• Perform cleaning and inventory tasks accurately
• Operate forklifts and perform basic maintenance
• Complete quality testing and paperwork accurately
• Perform additional duties as directed by operators

Additional Responsibilities

• Train other employees if required
• Participate in Kaizen and lean initiatives
