Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in Idaho. You will assist in assembling building components, read work orders, and support daily production goals in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires reliability, willingness to work overtime, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. Prior experience in production or forklift operation is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in production or related field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly; up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work in a physically demanding environment including noise levels.
• Pass a pre-placement drug test.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Building's safety and operating procedures, methods and standards to daily production.
• Operates plant manufacturing equipment as required.
• Read, interpret, and follow production work orders and/or engineering prints.
• Work in a safe, fast-paced, and changing environment.
• Utilize a powered lift-truck to move material to desired location.
• Follow all safety rules, standard operating procedures, and maintenance instructions.
• Ensure quality and/or shipping accuracy standards are being met.
• Other duties as assigned.
