You will promote safety, document trial results, maintain ISO documentation, and train teammates. Strong communication and attendance are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in extrusion and slitting processes.
• Strong communication skills with team members and supervisors.

• Understanding effects of process changes on product quality.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and maintain safety as a daily priority.
• Conduct monthly safety audits.
• Document trial results and plan documentation.
• Maintain ISO documentation and align with company values.
• Coordinate cross-training and assist in training co-workers.
• Support extrusion trials and operational readiness.
• Ensure materials and finished goods are properly documented.
