Job summary

CONSTRUCTION SPECIALTIES, INC. is seeking candidates for a production/operator role in our US-TX facility. The position involves performing manufacturing operations, assembling sub‑assemblies, loading materials, and ensuring equipment safety and quality at every step.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and be prepared to train in hazardous material handling. The job is full‑time, on-site with travel as needed, and requires physical stamina for lifting and standing throughout

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with up to 12 months related experience and/or training.
• Must complete hazmat and waste handling training within 6 months of hire and annually thereafter.
• Must stand/walk, use hands, reach with arms, and occasionally sit, climb or balance.

Responsibilities

• Receives general and varied work assignments from Production Supervisor.
• Completes assigned tasks alone or assists others in various tasks.
• Ensures guards and safety devices are installed and operating; reports discrepancies.
• Operates saws and other equipment to cut extruded stock and parts as specified by work orders.
• Assembles products per drawings, specifications or production sheets.
• Loads/unloads materials onto pallets and moves them safely.
