Job summary

Thexton Manufacturing Company in Edina, MN is seeking a motivated Production team member to join our hands-on operation. You will be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, assembling and fabricating components to meet quality standards, while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

You will operate machinery, follow SOPs, and collaborate with teammates to hit daily targets, reporting issues to supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or assembly environments.
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and machinery.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, blueprints, or assembly instructions.
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble, fabricate, or process manufactured components according to specifications.
• Monitor product quality and perform routine inspections throughout the production process.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with 5S standards.
• Meet daily production targets and report issues or delays to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow on the production floor.
