Job summary

Thexton Manufacturing Company in Edina, MN is seeking a motivated Production team member to join their growing operation. This is a hands-on role on the production floor to build quality tools and automotive service equipment.

You will operate production machinery, follow SOPs, maintain 5S, meet daily targets, and collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in manufacturing and reliability are required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment.
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and machinery.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, blueprints, or assembly instructions.
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assemble, fabricate, or process manufactured components according to specifications
• Monitor product quality and perform routine inspections throughout the production process
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with 5S standards
• Meet daily production targets and report any issues or delays to supervisors
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow on the production floor
