Job summary

Amphenol Charles Industries is seeking a Production Operator to assemble, process, and move parts through the production stages, check quality, and pack or stock products. Training in another area may occur under supervision.

You will follow quality plans, document results, and participate in first piece, hourly, and final inspections while maintaining efficient production flow and accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Produce the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
• Ensure parts meet fit, form, and function requirements.
• Inspect or measure finished parts with precision tools and ensure quality compliance.
• Maintain logs/records of units produced and rejected pieces.
• Inspect equipment prior to use and perform basic adjustments and maintenance.
• Place and count accepted parts in packaging or totes.
• Perform first piece, hourly, and final inspections, record results, determine pass/fail per quality plans.
• Create product identification labels and apply to product.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
