Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer experience required to operate and document production processes.
• Top candidates will have rubber injection molding experience and prior manufacturing/operations exposure.
• Fork truck experience and ability to follow written instructions (SOPs/Standard Work) are valued.

Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment to maintain proper temperatures and pressures for quality output.
• Clean and inspect parts for quality.
• Complete required production and quality paperwork.
• Read and follow Safe Job Procedures.
• Set up and operate complex production equipment.
• Maintain production across multiple machines and communicate with teammates.
