Job summary

EverStaff, LLC is actively seeking dependable Production Operators for 1st and 2nd shifts. Positions are direct hire with our client, offering a strong work culture, benefits, PTO, and growth potential.

Pay ranges from $15.50 to $17.50 per hour, with a stable full-time schedule and a clean, safe work environment. Responsibilities include assembling parts, reading drawings, and performing quality inspections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or assembly is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.

We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Operators to join a growing manufacturing team.

Production Operator - 1st Shift and 2nd Shift

Pay: $15.50-$17.50/hr

Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM-4:30 PM; 2nd Shift-4pm-3am Monday-Thursday

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components using hand tools and machinery
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and production procedures
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work orders
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet standards
