Charter Manufacturing in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Night Shift Machine Operator to perform welding, packaging, line setup, quality inspections and material movement using forklifts and overhead cranes.

Starting pay is $21.00 per hour plus a 2.25 shift premium, with opportunities for increases within the first two years. This role offers a 3-2-2-3 schedule, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED not required to start; GED can be obtained with company support.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment focused on safety first
• Previous experience as a machine operator is a plus

About Our Position

• MACHINE OPERATOR: This role includes welding, packaging, line setup, quality inspection and material movement with forklifts and overhead cranes. Previous experience as a machine operator is a plus. Check out our job description video: Production Operator at Charter Wire – Menomonee Valley
• STARTING PAY: $21.00+ depending on experience PLUS 2.25 shift premium (with the opportunity to earn several increases within your first two years)
• SHIFT: Night Shift (6PM – 6AM)
• SCHEDULE: 3-2-2-3 (3 days working - 2 days off - 2 days working – 3 days off, giving you a 3-day weekend off every other weekend, built-in overtime pay)
• LOCATION: 3700 W Milwaukee Rd, Milwaukee, WI 53208
