  • Knowledge of GMPs, sanitation, and FDA standards is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.

Job Title: Production Operator - Nights

Location: Chippewa Falls, WI

Salary: $23.92/hour (night shift differential)

Your role:

Operate machinery such as fillers, labelers, cappers, and palletizers used in water bottling. Ensure efficient, safe operation and maintain product quality. Conduct training for new employees as per Lesson Plans.

Essential Duties:

  • Perform basic machine operations: stacking raw materials, handling finished products, quality inspections, and minor adjustments.
  • Monitor the flow of finished goods and address any disruptions.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area throughout the shift.
  • Coordinate repairs with maintenance as needed.
  • Record downtime and machine operations daily.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.

Shift Schedule:

  • Work from 5 pm to 5 am on a 2-2-3 schedule:
  • Monday & Tuesday off; work Friday, Saturday, Sunday
  • Wednesday & Thursday off; work Friday, Saturday, Sunday
