Billet Conditioner (Melting Department)

Location: 1658 Cold Springs Rd., Saukville, WI 53080. Shift: 4:30pm –4:30am, 12‑hour shifts on a 5‑2‑2‑5 schedule. Compensation: $26.50/hr plus a $2,000 sign‑on bonus paid after 90 days, quarterly bonuses, and an annual profit‑sharing bonus.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through different positions throughout the 12‑hour shift.
• Use power tools to remove kerf from billets.
• Apply ID tags using a welding torch and mark billets with chalk.
• Place chains and spacer bars between billets.
• Perform quality inspections.
• Operate an overhead crane.

Schedule & Benefits
