CoorsTek is hiring Production Operators to support the manufacture of technical ceramics and/or metals at our Arkansas facility. You will operate complex equipment, adjust machines as needed, and inspect parts to ensure they meet specs.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple, complex production equipment and tools to manufacture parts per work orders.
• Make machine adjustments and contact appropriate personnel when needed.
• Inspect parts for quality and report nonconforming items.
• Load/unload/stack products and transport with hand trucks or lifts.
• Maintain clean work area and assist in training new operators.

If you have a keen eye for quality, the ability to operate complex production equipment, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and efficient work environment, we want to hear from you!**Why CoorsTek? | Benefits & Incentives*** Additional $2.50/hour shift differential for swing and graveyard shifts* 401(k) with 100% company match up to 6% (no vesting period)* Health insurance starting in less than 30 days* 6 weeks paid parental leave* 2 weeks PTO in year 1, 3 weeks in year 2, increasing with tenure* 10 paid holidays annually* Annual bonus program and regular merit increases* $300 annual wellness stipend* Temperature-controlled machining environment* All tools provided by CoorsTek* Mental health support and Marketplace Chaplains* Family Assistance Program for financial hardships* Ongoing training and employee development* Strong culture of internal promotion and advancement**Roles & Responsibilities:*** Operate multiple, complex production equipment and/or a variety of production tools to manufacture parts in compliance with work order instructions.* Make necessary machine adjustments and promptly contact the appropriate personnel when needed.* Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality and customer specifications, taking appropriate action for parts that do not meet standards and recommending solutions.* Utilize computer software to transfer parts to the next process.* Load, unload, and stack products; transport products using hand-trucks, forklifts, cranes, or hoists.* Maintain cleanliness in the work area, including machines, tools, and equipment.* Provide training to incoming operators on processes and procedures.* Wear required personal protective equipment at all times in mandatory areas.**Job Requirements****Education:*** High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not necessary.**Experience:*** A minimum of 1-year applicable manufacturing experience.**Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:*** Ability to understand and act on verbal and/or written instructions.* Proficient in reading/interpreting standard and metric measurements.* Intermediate math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).* Deep knowledge of handheld measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, drop gauges, and advanced measuring equipment like SmartScope or CMM.* Use Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) to read and understand the relationship between complex blueprints and parts.* Strong attention to detail and excellent listening skills.* Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team from various cultures and backgrounds.**Target Hiring Range**Hourly: USD 14.61 - USD 21.51Actual compensation is commensurate with experience, skills and education.
