Production Operator 2nd Shift

Hourly Pay: $20.80 plus $3.00 Shift Differential

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Make equipment adjustments to meet specifications.
2. Perform quality checks and record results.
3. Change settings on equipment during changeovers.
4. Record production numbers into MDIS system.
5. Perform routine maintenance on equipment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Work safely in a manufacturing setting, adhering to all safety rules.
2. Maintain high standards of housekeeping.
3. Use computer skills for data entry and reporting.
4. Recognize measurements outside specified ranges.
5. Read measuring devices (tape measure, micrometer).
6. Follow documented inspection procedures.
7. Follow work order instructions.
8. Use Microsoft Outlook for email communication.
9. Learn to operate plant equipment.
10. Use common hand tools properly.
11. Troubleshoot minor process issues.
12. Communicate effectively with co-workers.
13. Identify unsafe conditions or hazards.
14. Work cooperatively in safety, quality, and production tasks.
15. Learn and retain procedures for ongoing use.
16. Use online tools to monitor product specifications.
17. Adjust machines and processes to meet specifications.
18. Be forklift certified or able to obtain certification.

Salary Range: $20.80 - $29.80

Shift: 2nd Shift

Pay rate may vary based on qualifications and experience.
