Job summary

Survitec Group Limited is hiring a Production Operative to operate machinery along a production line, assist with manufacturing and packaging, and participate in training to enhance skills. You will follow strict procedures and safety protocols while contributing to a quality-first culture.

The role requires basic education (High School with 2 GCSEs) and offers full training; no prior management experience is required. This permanent full-time position is located in Norway.

Qualifications

• Educated to High School level with 2 GCSEs or equivalent.
• Some experience of operating complex machinery is desirable, but not necessary as full training is provided.
• No management experience is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment and machinery safely as part of a manufacturing production line.
• Adjusts machinery as trained and may require certification to operate/adjust equipment.
• Maintains quality by following Survitec standards and flags deviations or failures to meet standard.
• Performs installation tasks under supervision and follows detailed instructions.
• Supports equipment maintenance through inspection and routine tasks.
• Follows mandatory work instructions and uses personal protective equipment to safeguard health and environment.
• Participates in assessment and development planning and training to grow skills.
• Contributes to an inclusive environment where colleagues feel valued and free to be themselves.
• Understands and upholds a safety-first culture in Survitec.
