Job summary

CMC seeks motivated personnel to support manufacturing operations across our steel and construction reinforcement facilities. You will learn equipment, assist with loading and unloading stock, and keep work areas clean while supporting production targets.

Ideal candidates are safety-minded, able to lift 50 pounds, and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather. Team players who follow procedures will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outside under all weather conditions.
• Ability to follow safety policies, rules, and regulations.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work as part of a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Attend training regarding applicable equipment.
• Assist in loading fabricated rebar on trailers and unloading stock.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Operate production machines per established procedures.
• Participate in safety programs and uphold safety culture.
• Crosstrain on multiple machines.
