Job summary

TE Connectivity, Grayslake, IL, seeks a manufacturing operator to set up and operate machines, monitor and adjust settings, and maintain equipment to meet quality standards.

  • Setting up and operating machines and tools to start the production or manufacturing operations; monitoring and adjusting machine settings as per the work requirement.
  • Reviewing the departmental operating procedures, identifying areas of improvement, removing obstacles, and streamlining operational efficiency.
  • Performing quality checks as per the plan, documenting the results per the standard quality procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Ordering raw materials, changing stock when needed, verifying receipts, and inspecting materials and products to ensure conformance to specifications.
What Your Background Should Look Like

Compensation
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $? (subject to change dependent on physical location)
