Job summary

Cytiva in Pensacola is seeking an on-site manufacturing associate to support the establishment of production lines. You will work with process engineers to troubleshoot and drive continuous improvement while ensuring products meet quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in manufacturing or cleanroom settings, and experience with ERP systems. You will follow SOPs, document traceability, and maintain safety practices in a rotating 12-hour shift.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing, cleanroom environment, and ERP systems experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and use measuring equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support and participate in establishing manufacturing in Pensacola, collaborating with process and production engineers during troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Produce quality products per SOPs with proper recording and traceability.
• Follow safety policies, PPE usage, lock-out-tag-out, and keep a clean work area.

This position reports to the Value Stream Leader and is part of the slitting department located in Pensacola and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support and participate in activities to establish manufacturing in Pensacola. Work with process and production engineers during troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.
• Produce quality products per the standard operating procedures and departmental standards with proper recording and traceability.
• Follow company safety policies including PPE usage, lock-out-tag-out procedure, and safe operation of equipment. Follow good housekeeping policies.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Knowledge and usage of basic math, ability to read and comprehend written work instructions, use measuring equipment (ruler, calipers, etc.).
• 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment, a cleanroom environment and with ERP Systems (i.e. SAP, Oracle, etc.) or other applicable experience.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to continuously stand or walk as well as frequently climb stairs and ladders; squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, turn, pivot and reach; frequently use fingers or hands to grasp, clamp, move, finer, handle, and feel small objects.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, a cleanroom environment and with ERP Systems (i.e. SAP, Oracle, etc.)

Working Hours: Rotating 2/2/3 12 hour shifts; 5:45am - 6:15pm.
