Responsibilities

• Performs hand soldering, manual assembly, setup and operation of semi-automatic and/or automated equipment and tools, and operation of test equipment.
• Inspects component parts prior to assembly and rejects defective parts.
• Operates within High Mix Low Volume (HMLV) model as schedule dictates and may switch between products.
• Learns established quality and quantity requirements and communicates issues to Team Leader.
