Qualifications

• Performs hand soldering and manual assembly; operates and maintains semi-automatic/automatic assembly equipment.
• Moves between operations/products as schedule dictates.
• Inspects products using visual, automated, electronic and mechanical methods.
• Uses diagnostic programs for electronic and functional testing.
• Troubleshoots issues and communicates with Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Has foundational skills and can coach others; possesses site certifications as defined by operations.
• Understands product process flow and quality/soldering specs; participates in quality improvements.
• Knows manufacturing information systems and applies them in daily tasks.
• Identifies problems in operation or components and communicates them to Team Leader.
