Job summary

CoorsTek is seeking a Production Operator II to operate multiple, complex production equipment in a temperature-controlled machining environment. The role involves quality inspection, process adjustments, and transferring parts with appropriate safety practices.

Training will be provided to new operators as part of ongoing development. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in manufacturing, strong reading of standard/metric measurements, and GD&T knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret standard and metric measurements.
• Knowledge of GD&T to read complex blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple, complex production equipment and tools to manufacture parts per work orders.
• Make machine adjustments and contact appropriate personnel when needed.
• Inspection of parts to ensure quality and recommend solutions.
• Transfer parts using computer software and load/unload, move with hand-trucks or forklifts.
• Maintain clean work area; provide training to incoming operators.
• Wear required PPE in mandatory areas.
