The position offers base pay of $18.00–$20.50 per hour, with a $1 shift differential on 2nd shift and eligible quarterly bonuses. A high school diploma or GED is required, plus a willingness to train and work in a collaborative team

About the Role

As a Production Operator II, you’ll play an essential role on our production floor, helping to manufacture food products safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands‑on position that requires teamwork, flexibility, and a strong attention to detail. Whether operating equipment, preparing materials, or assisting with line changeovers, you'll be part of a supportive team that keeps the operation running smoothly.

This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in doing great work, every shift.

Our 2nd shift employees also receive an extra $1 per hour shift differential in addition to the quarterly bonus.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance

Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift

Work may occur in varied environmental conditions (cold, heat, humidity)
