Please note this position supports our Second Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the Second Shift from 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM - 4/10 work week - Working Monday to Thursday every Friday off.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities. We are seeking an experienced test technician for our first shift manufacturing team. Come support various programs in electronic warfare using your technical skills in functional and environmental testing. You will work in a test manufacturing team that supports critical mission capabilities.

Key Roles, Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

1. Follows complex test specifications, test procedures and verbal instructions in order to perform a variety of routine standard tests which required reading, interpreting and verifying specifications using simple test stand setups.
2. Assists in complex tests involving the simultaneous use of a wide variety of standard test equipment.
3. Determines quality of equipment being tested by checking test results against specific test procedures and data sheets.
4. Performs troubleshooting activities, sub-assemblies to component level, diagnoses minor deficiencies in equipment and recommends rework where necessary.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

1. Typically a High School Diploma and 1 year work experience or equivalent experience.
2. Effective communication and teamwork.
3. Ability to read and follow process, interpret schematics and diagrams.
4. Ability to hold security clearance.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

1. Prior testing experience.
2. An understanding of test instruments such as test stand, calibration machines and other test equipment.
3. Computer literacy.
4. RF and digital analog experience.
5. Active security clearance.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $41,024 - $65,639.

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
