Position Details
  • B Shift: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday, 6pm - 6:15am
  • D Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday, 6pm - 6:15am
Compensation

Earn up to $22/hour with our competitive shift differential!

Responsibilities
  • Operate and tend machines for packaging functions, including assembly and downstream automation equipment.
  • Start machines, monitor operation, detect malfunctions, and report issues.
  • Clear alarms, resolve jams, sensors, leak detectors.
  • Stage packaging materials, ensure quality, and perform visual and dimensional inspections.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow all health, safety, and GMP guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Safety and Cleanliness
  • Follow safety policies.
  • Keep work area clean and report unsafe conditions.
  • Wear PPE such as uniforms, gloves, and hairnets.
Candidate Profile
Required
  • High School or Vo-Tech graduate.
Preferred
  • 1-3 years experience as a production operator.
  • Additional education in related fields.
  • Experience in ISO 9001 and/or ISO13485 environments.
Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to log data in DELMIAWorks, follow instructions, and apply basic math.
  • Self-motivated, organized, good communicator.
  • Ability to use measuring devices and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and auditors.
  • Physical ability to stand, handle tools, and lift up to 10 pounds.

Knowledge or experience in manufacturing is a plus.
